In the event that a pricing error occurs when placing an order on our site, PrimeKitchens reserves the right to rectify this error and inform you of the corrected amount. If the corrected price is higher than the amount initially displayed, you will have the option to cancel the order without incurring costs.

In the event of cancellation of the order due to a pricing error, any deposit or payment made will be refunded in full according to the refund terms in force. PrimeKitchens will endeavor to process refunds as quickly as possible, generally within 48 business hours.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including confirmed and paid ones, in the event of a pricing error.
